Fabrication of Deck Panels using Deckfab materials
Distributors are required to cut, weld or glue our products together to form panel shapes. Templates are sent in by other marine service companies on plastic film in order to obtain the correct shapes. Once fabricated the products can be rolled and sent with the necessary adhesives for deck fitters to bond the panels to the boat.

Not only can you make your own decks but you can distribute PVC Synthetic Teak and Composite Cork to other marine professionals within your exclusive territory. Composite cork has eco friendly appeal and requires no specialist welding gear and therefore also lends itself to boatowners making decks themselves.

Our teak carpet designs, exclusive to Deckfab are available in a range of colours and textures. The required length is easily cut off the roll for supply directly to a fitter or boatowner. Its a popular product with both fitters and DIY inclined boat owners.
You will also assist in building up a “Beautiful Marine Floor” fitting network to expand your ability to attract deck templates and therefore build a greater volume of decks.
