PVC Synthetic Teak Panels 

The surface texture of  PVC Synthetic Teak panels are like that of wood and the various colour options are made with a natural grain colouration. There are a few PVC Synthetic Teak extrusion companies with different colour options and with our experience we can advise customers on making the best choice. Each profile is designed to be welded together to form a complete decking panel, which can then simply be glued into place. The experience of our Fabricators is second to none.

PVC Synthetic Teak last for many years and are extremely attractive to the eye. The upper surface is non-slip wet or dry and only needs a wash down to keep it clean. PVC Synthetic Teak Panels are highly versatile and equally suited to all types of craft.

ECO Deck Panels

The surface texture of an ECO Deck Panel is more granular than teak or synthetic teak. The raw material is called Floteak. All panels are simply glued into place on a boat deck to produce a high quality, low maintenance, carbon neutral, decking surface.

The ECO Deck Panel is a natural product formed of a cork/rubber composite and will last for many years and comes in a Natural Wood colour.  The upper surface is non-slip wet or dry and only needs a wash down to keep it clean. They can be sanded if required. Panels are highly versatile and equally suited to all types of craft.

Flotex Deck Panels

Flotex deck is manufactured and designed in Britain using Deckfab patent technology. The deck design is printed onto a Flotex fabric and cut out to replicate the appearance of a traditional teak deck. It is soft to walk on like a carpet. .Manufactured from a solid vinyl reinforced base with a densely packed short fibre surface of nylon strands which are anchored firmly into the base layer. A technically advanced printing process allows beautiful marine designs to be created on the surface. It is a unique product that is neither synthetic teak decking nor cockpit carpet but aims to provide the benefits of both. It is a very capable indoor/outdoor product for cockpits. Margined deck designs are supplied on a 2 metre wide roll with a minimum order length of 6 metres. Unmargined deck designs can be simply cut from standard Flotex deck rolls which are generally carried in stock.
